We would like to tell you how much we have enjoyed our home building experience with Lemel. It began with Mary who did an outstanding job from beginning to the very end. The one person who deserves the biggest “pat on the back” is Nick. He has been very quick to respond to any and all of our concerns. He gets things done in a timely fashion --- we were a little apprehensive about building because of some of the horror stories we have heard from other people; but can honestly say we are/were extremely happy with the manner in which Lemel took us through the building process.
We especially like the fact, that for one year, we will be in touch with Liz (whom also did/does a very good job) to take care of all the “little” problems that come up.
You can rest assured that Jerry and I have nothing but good things to say about Lemel Homes and the people involved. Thank you for making our move an easy process.

Dear Joe,
As we’ve packed the typewriter away you’ll have to suffer my scribble.
I felt I should take the time to let you know while not everything ran perfectly we are pleased with the end result.
I particularly wanted to let you know that your people were a joy to work with. Even your sub contractors and suppliers were helpful and very cooperative.
Special thanks to Ron cause he started it all. But also to Jeff, Milt and Mary who never hesitated to answer our questions during our numerous visits to the model. Also to Loren who gave me some sound suggestions on selling my existing property. EXCELLENT SALES STAFF.

Dear Sir,
I thought I’d take a moment to let you know that my experience with Lemel Homes has been a positive one.
Service through the warranty period was excellent. The repairs were done well and in a timely manner.
You are fortunate to have some very good people doing the repair work and I reaped the benefit of same.
Also I am pleased to say that Carol has been a joy to work with. She is pleasant but above all follows up and shows concern for one’s problems. I have a high regard for her.
Further thanks to Jim Nichols and Ron Hintzke. Both have been patient and responsive to my seemingly endless questions. Received good sound advice from both of them. They like Carol are a credit to Lemel Homes.
