I want to thank you and your staff for the fantastic work done on delivering our new home. As we know you are all too aware, homebuilding is a very personal and endearing experience for the homeowner. This is a result of two preeminent factors; one being the significant financial investment, the other is the intangible memories and life experiences that will be shared with family and friends in the home. Lemel Homes has obviously made a conscious decision to be
respectful and responsive to their clients in the aforementioned considerations.
You and your staff have displayed a personal touch in homebuilding that we did not see in our previous experience, and indeed, we believe is rare in the homebuilding industry. From your personal review of the proposed home sites and design revisions, to the last-minute detail of simply screwing in a light bulb. Lemel has been thorough and courteous in every aspect. I would like to give particular recognition to Tina and Rich (our salesperson and expeditor, respectively), who went out of their way to be accommodating. Their proactive efforts and “can-do” attitude made the building experience a pleasure (not to mention delivering the house a month ahead of schedule)!

Dear Joe,
We love our Lemel home! After several days of unpacking boxes and creating some semblance of order, we wanted to personally thank everybody that made our building experience so relatively painless. Please share this with each of them.
First, thanks to Bonnie for such personal and diligent dedication to introducing us to the home-building process, being “pushy” with the City of Muskego, taking numerous telephone calls to reassure us during times of uncertainty—even when it did not fall under her “job description”—and capturing it all on film for posterity! Also, for the needed hugs (I’m still waiting for one from Joe—I thought you were all “huggers”) of appreciation and reassurance.
A big thanks to you, Joe, for your down-to-earth approach to the building process; you treated us as people creating a home, rather than another number to add to the annual sales goal. Your sage advice was appreciated; your interest in creating a home for a family readily apparent, and your attention to our home-building never waned, even through times of personal turmoil. Thank You!
Thanks also to Susan for taking our incessant phone calls without ever a hint of irritation and always making sure our messages were delivered. Your job isn’t an easy one and you handle it with grace.
To Betty: you entered our building process during a time of confusion. Your professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail eased our nerves considerably, Thanks for always “checking it twice”.
To Ray: you made “heads from tails”; thank you for explaining to novices such things that are second nature to a seasoned construction engineer without making us feel ignorant.
To Sandy: A big thank you for keeping us up-to-date on our account; explaining change orders, draws and every other financial aspect to building. Your thoughtful answers to our numerous phone calls were very much appreciated.
And finally to Rich: It is almost difficult to find the words of immense appreciation for the job that Rich so successfully oversaw and completed. Daily phone calls from Steven handled with patience is a virtue in and of itself. But, your persistence and dedication to getting us into a home two days before the closing of our previous home and one month before the original estimated time of occupancy is amazing!!! (We had bets with friends who had built with other companies that it would never happen—they lost!) Thanks, as well, for doing, on your own, little odds and ends that needed to be completed for occupancy. (Note to Joe: Rich deserves a salary raise! A BIG one!).
We hope we have not forgotten anybody. If we have, we apologize, yet still appreciate the job you must have done to complete our home. We have heard story after story of bad building experiences with builders that shall remain nameless (Don Belman, Horwath, Kettle Creek) and waited for “our turn”. Fortunately that never came to pass. Any building process will undoubtedly have glitches; the manner in which Lemel Homes addressed those problems was exemplary and we thank you for it. Your warmth in dealing with people, your honesty, integrity, and customer service is both unparalleled and extraordinary. Thanks!

Dear Joe,
It has been a month since we closed on our house and we felt the need to write this letter.
From the time we met Bonnie until the day that we were handed the keys to our new home, our experiences were filled with positive interactions. We felt confident and trusted that we were with one of the most professional organizations in the business. We came to your company with a lot of skepticism and distrust for the construction business but in the end we have become Lemel Home commercials.
First and most important you designed us a house of a lifetime. It is exactly what we wanted and you were extremely attentive to our wishes. Rich was an outstanding expediter. He was always patient and respondent to our requests and concerns. He was the ultimate professional and never gave up on bringing issues to a resolution. Rich orchestrated the workers and gave us a sense that we were top on his list even though we knew he was working on many homes.
We would like to thank you and your office staff for making our building experience such a positive one. Jeri was exceptional in assisting us in the multitude of decisions. Sandy was extremely helpful in explaining the change orders and identifying our status. All of your contractors were receptive to our suggestions and also provided us with guidance as we made decisions.
We have a beautiful and quality built home. We have had many people stop and drive by our house and we are proud to say that Lemel Homes built it. Thank you Joe for being patient with us as we developed trust in you and your organization. It has been a pleasure to work with you and your staff and we will treasure the end product forever.

Dear Mr. Lemel,
Our new home in Phase II in Cherokee Point in Milwaukee is entering the finish carpentry stage. We wanted you to know personally how satisfied we are up to this point with the home building process.
Our experience with our salesman, Ron, has been professional and comforting. Ron was accommodating to us by always offering to meet us at our home in Bay View during the initial planning stages. As we revised the home plans of the Maplewood model, Ron offered suggestions that were sensible and cost effective. In addition, Ron took us to the Maplewood model in Slinger on two occasions so that we could fully understand the model we were customizing.
The finance process was seamless because of the relationship Lemel Homes has with Equitable Bank and Ron assisted us through the entire process. Ron also went the extra mile for us in expediting the home building permit process by personally going to the City of Milwaukee Department of City Development office. This effort alone saved us weeks of start-up time.
Based on these examples of Ron’s expertise and character, you can be assured that we proudly refer to our home building experience with Lemel Homes as positive and proficient. We could not be more grateful for having chosen Lemel Homes as our builder.

Dear Mr. Lemel,
We have lived in our new Lemel Home in Phase II of Cherokee Point in Milwaukee for three weeks now. We felt this was a great opportunity to let you know how satisfied we are with the home. We are continually reassured with the superb customer service that we have experienced throughout construction and now as we live in the home.
The home-building process was surprisingly worry-free for us and we must commend Rich for his easygoing style and overall knowledge of the home-building field. He offered logical suggestions and was always available to us throughout the process. Don is extremely pleased with the dealings he had with Rich and will miss the daily communications. Luckily, another Lemel Home is being built in the subdivision, so Don will have an opportunity to continue the relationship with Rich on an occasional basis. Both you and Rich are always welcome to stop by for coffee and enjoy the final product that we trust will make you as proud as we are.
