We were sitting on our beautiful front porch the other night when a couple stopped to ask us about our house. They were thinking of building and liked our house, especially the porch. Cary and I proudly told them to check out Lemel. It made me realize how remiss I have been in writing to tell you how happy we are with our home, especially the quality and pride that went into building it. Our experience with you was wonderful! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or to choose you again if we were ever fortunate enough to build again.
Even though we really appreciated and still do appreciate the quality that went into our home, what we are so happy about and what made it such a great experience, was the people we worked with. We felt so comfortable and at home with all of you, that, as much as we were thrilled to move into our new home and take ownership, we felt sorry to lose you. We hope that you are enjoying life, staying busy, and still loving your jobs. You have a great “family” at Lemel, and we wanted you to know how much we enjoyed working with you. Dear Joe,
We wanted to write you a note to tell you how pleased we are with our new house. The holidays were really special, decorating a brand new house—and ours(the Kenton Classic) – well, there is only 1 place for a Christmas tree and that’s in front of the huge living room window! Our 3 boys insisted we go out to State Fair Park and buy the tallest tree we could find for that special spot! If you ever need a name for prospective customers to talk to about our experience with your company, feel free to use ours.
I also want to tell you how impressed we are with Liz. She is so conscientious and always “on top” of things! She has been wonderful to work with—People in a position like hers must get a lot of grief from people and I think she needs to know what a good job she is doing—and we wanted you to know that too.
With woods and conservancy all around us and deer in our backyard almost daily—our house is a peaceful & beautiful place, --even though we have painting and decorating left.
Maybe a note like this needed to be in business form—but I thought, personal would be better—and this cover was appropriate!

How could we have gotten through this journey without you?
We want to say first, and foremost, you are a blessing to Lemel and we really hope they understand what a great person they have working with and for them.
We had so many wonderful people to deal with through all of our selection process and want to mention a few of the “highlights”.
We met with Craig at AF. He was so kind and really helped us to understand what we would need to make our fireplace be the focal point we desired.
Dave at WC was a slight bit arrogant, yet he really knows his product. We needed a little nudge to do a few upgrades and feel very grateful he encouraged us to do them.
Patty at EL was just a joy. She took two people, evaluated our thinking and came up with all the items we wanted at the best price points. She is truly a treasure.
Greg at JA & Sons is such a nice man. He helped us to come up with the flooring we had imagined and was so accommodating to help us with the finish color.
Bob at WS provided us with a wonderful option to our open staircase that we had not figured out.
Rich, our expeditor, is also such a wonderful person. He was always there, always. He really watched over our home like it was his own. He was doing his job (we realize) yet he made us feel like we were his only concern in the final outcome.
The carpenters did marvelous things.
The staining team matched our finish beyond what we could imagine.
The cleaning crew made us feel we wanted to be nowhere else except here.
Last, but not least, we want to thank you for being there for us as we became a family. We are living in “H Haven” and you helped our dream become a reality. Thank you for your generous wedding gift and providing us with a friendship beyond measure.

It has been almost two years since we moved into our Country Ranch in the Holy Hill area. We can’t thank you enough not only for the view that you planned out for us from our front porch, but also how much we love our home.

Dear Joe,
My wife and I wanted to send this letter to Lemel Homes to thank you for the wonderful job that you all did in the construction of our new home. From start to finish it was virtually problem free, and when there was a problem it was fixed immediately, most of the time without us even asking. There are a few people we would especially like to thank. First, would be Bonnie and Lorry. Lorry for taking the time to sit in on all our meetings before the building ever started, and helping us get the things we wanted at a price we could afford. Bonnie was a huge help to us in every way, she was honest with us, and was always there and willing to help with any problem. Even after the house was completed she went above and beyond what she needed to do, and showed that she really cares about the people she deals with.
Once construction started we dealt with Ray who was helpful in reorganizing some of our plan to the way we wanted it, and made sure it was done right. Nick was our expediter, and we couldn’t imagine who would do a better job than he did. From day one he was on top of everything and answered any questions we had. When I called him(And that was a lot) he always got back to me right away even though I’m sure he had many more important things to take care of. Even when there was a small problem Nick knew about it before I did, and by the time I asked about it, he’d have arranged for someone to fix it. Even you came out to our land when the house was staked out, and suggested which way, would be the best way, to face the house. Last but not least, Carol has been a big help in getting the finishing touches on the house after it was finished, and checking up to make sure there were no problems. She also helped us when we had a problem with the cabinet maker, and resolved the whole issue quickly.
We looked at about 30 different builders before choosing Lemel, but all that looking paid off because in the end I know we went with the best. All the things I listed above may seem little, but trust me, to the people who’s home your building they are huge. From your staff to your sub-contractors you all did a great job. If you ever need a referral please feel free to call us. Thanks Again.

Dear Lemel,
Four months have almost passed since we moved into our new home in Menomonee Falls. Each day brings a new sense of enjoyment in the design of this, your Country Ranch model.
From the first day, and I might add, the first model we looked at when we decided we wanted to build a home, we knew that we had found the home we wanted to spend our retirement years in.
We are well satisfied with the minor changes that we made to the home, but are exceptionally happy with the addition of the rear patio, and the change to the front of the home. I am especially pleased with the exposed basement, and the two workrooms I have built. We also put in a knotty pine den under the dinette.
We have contracted for the stone walls on the North and West sides, the driveway and walks and also the landscaping which should be completed by the middle of June. As Spring sprouts in our backyard, the view from the dinette becomes more spectacular each day. The variety of birds is endless, that is except for the pesky woodpecker that has decided that he likes the taste of Lemel Cedar on the Northwest corner of the house. We had an interesting experience on a cold winter moonlite night in February. There were five coyotes cavorting around the backyard. Just another thing to make our home more like the Arizona we did not retire to.
Again Joe, thanks for making the Country Ranch available to us, and the extra big thank you’s to Mary, who first showed us the house, Nick who made things run smoothly, and got us into our home a month early, Sara for answering our unending questions, Sandy for keeping our finances in line, and Liz for following through on minor things that come up.
It is our hope that all your future clients who build homes with Lemel will appreciate theirs as much as we do! Should you or any of your staff be in the vicinity and would like to see the house, feel free to drop in.
