We recently purchased your 1998 Parade of Homes model in the Winter Hollow subdivision in Menomonee Falls. We moved in a week before Christmas and have been in almost two weeks.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the efforts made by two of your representatives, Lorry and Nick, in connection with the purchase of our home. Both of these gentlemen have represented your company well. We had encountered some items with the home which needed to be fixed quickly. We were operating within a very short time period due to the need to move in before Christmas. Both Lorry and Nick were super in both their response time and in their genuine concern to ensure that we were satisfied with the necessary repairs that were made. Nick especially put in whatever time it took to make things right in our new home.
We are confident that we will continue to receive this super attention by your staff in the future. For now we are certainly enjoying our new home this holiday season.

I can remember the first meeting where you, Dave and I sat down to discuss the possibility of Lemel Building our new home. I had my list of wants and a price range that I had set. What impressed me from the start was your ability to listen to my wants and covert them into my long-term needs. You changed my scope to a solution that better suited my family and our lifestyle. What also impressed me was your flexibility when working with me to reduce the cost of the home. Finding the right solution and working to make it a reality showed the experience and integrity that you and the others at Lemel Homes have.
I would like thank a few other individuals who I believe helped to make this process truly pleasurable.
Ray - Right after the hole was dug, a problem was identified with the soil conditions. Ray promptly addressed the problem, accurately documented the issues, and kept me informed. His professionalism and care for the customer made the issue much more tolerable. Nice Job Ray!
Ron and Randy – I’m a firm believer that if your framing and rough carpentry is done right, the rest of the project will go well. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to listen to my concerns. Again, a job well done.
Nick – I found Nick extremely easy to work with. I took on quite a few tasks to try to control the overall costs, and Nick was flexible and patient in helping me get through the deliverables without impacting the process. The role of the expediter I would assume to be very difficult. He needs to keep the contractors moving forward while addressing sometimes ridiculous owner demands. Nick has a calmness that I appreciated through the process. He understands that sometimes things can get stressful, but he remains optimistic and addresses the issues head on. Nick helped to make this experience very enjoyable.

Jeri– Julie and Jeri worked well together and I believe the end result looks wonderful. I can tell that Jeri really enjoys her job. She was always open to reviewing our various suggestions, and her advice was always very valuable.
There are several others who also helped. David was willing to track down the initial loose ends and help us get started. Sandy was very well organized and kept the finances and changes clearly documented. Lastly, Susan was always so pleasant to speak with. You have quite an outstanding support team Joe!
I would give any prospective homebuilder a strong recommendation to choose Lemel Homes. The personal interest that you expressed along with your wonderful support staff makes all the difference. Thank you again, and feel free to stop over at any time.

Just a short note Joe to let you know we greatly appreciate you and your staffs time and effort! I hope you realize how bad Debbie and I feel – that we won’t be building with you.
In dealing with you and Jean over the last several months we have really developed a great deal of respect, and a sincere attachment to both of you, making us wish the present circumstances could be different.

Hello! Just wanted to send some special Christmas wishes your way. We’re pretty excited about the upcoming holidays, as G… I’m sure will be very excited about his gifts, and the wrapping paper, ribbons, bows and “pwetty yights.”
We are still loving our “new” home. We’ve been in our Lemel creation for almost two years now, and love it more than ever! We never truly wrote to express our thanks to all of the wonderful people that were a part of our building experience.
Since we’ve moved into our home, we’ve heard a number of horror stories from friends and acquaintances who’ve used other builders…we thankfully have nothing but wonderful things to say of Lemel Homes. If we ever leave this beautiful home, and ever decide to build again, we would certainly never consider another builder.
A special thanks to Bonnie and Ray for their willingness to back us in a legal matter that resulted from our ignorance and trust in a non-Lemel related contractor. We hope you know how much that meant to us.

I wonder how many people are inclined to write a thank-you note to their builder after the completion of their home. My guess is not too many, unless they built with Lemel Homes!!
This is a big “THANK YOU” from the V family for making our home building experience such a joy, from beginning to end and beyond. We found everyone to be so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and approachable, no matter what phase we were in. We also felt as if we were your only client – we received such personalized service!
David is a true asset to your sales staff. We felt very comfortable working with him from the very beginning. He gave all concerns him immediate attention. No situation was too trivial or time consuming for him. We keep a supply of his business cards at hand, as David will attest to, and we have highly recommended Lemel to anyone who is interested.
We’d like to thank so many others who helped make the whole process so smooth: Ray Bies, Lorry, Carol, Sandy, Linda, the receptionist, Kathy, and Rich our expediter. Despite the fact that our original expediter left during our construction phase, we at no time felt concerned. We knew Lemel would respond quickly and effectively. Rich did a great job of taking over. That’s no small task. If we’ve forgotten anyone, it was unintentional and we apologize.
All the subcontractors were pleasant to us whenever we were on the job site. Whether we had questions, concerns or something we wanted done differently, they were willing to work with us.
The cleaning crew and the window washers, also, did a great job. It was a special treat to have that all done before we moved in.
The only 2 noteworthy changes we would make with our next Lemel home, and there will be another, would be the use of a dumpster and the prevention of gravel being distributed over the entire lot due to the final grading. We actually had a rock-free yard until the final grader pushed it over the “entire” lot.
We can’t thank you enough for fulfilling your promise of making our entire building process an enjoyable one!
Thanks for making our “favorite place on earth” our new home!
