Dear Sir,
We recently had the experience of having Lemel build our home in Eagle. Now that the boxes have been unpacked and the clutter somewhat cleared, we wished to take a few minutes of your time to address the service that we received from your staff.
From the moment we first stepped foot in a Lemel model to the day we unpacked our first box in our Lemel home, the experience and horror stories from other home builders never came to pass.
Never having built a home before, we were told to expect delays, unanswered questions, questionable construction practices, inflated “up-charges”, and so on and so on. As construction commenced and proceeded smoothly, our friends would continue to say, “it’ll happen, just wait.”
Needless to say, It never did “happen” and the assurances and commitments afforded us by your staff came to be. From Colleen answering our first basic questions and leading us in the right direction, to Liz, who politely answered each and every call as well as provide prompt and satisfactory solutions and answers to problems and questions. Even Jim, our expeditor, kept us informed after his inspections, as well as amused with his humor. And the countless others who nailed, plumbed, and sealed and whose work contributed in making this home our “dream come true.”
Even those who built homes near us often commented that they were impressed at how the construction proceeded, how the crews were always seen working, how trash was not left to be blown around and how we were still smiling.
It goes without saying that those neighbors and friends who told us about the problems and “nightmares” of building a new home now ask us who our builder was.
We, of course, tell them Lemel Homes!

Dear Joe:
We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful basket of food you gave to us upon closing. We enjoyed the meal as our first dinner in our house on New Year’s Eve. It was a wonderful family celebration!
We wanted to let you know, also, how much we have enjoyed working with you and your company as you built our house. Although often times the building process can be a stressful, less than enjoyable experience, we found the opposite to the true building with Lemel. You and your staff made the whole process a wonderful experience for us. The people we worked with were all outstanding!
Phil was always willing to give of his time and he was extremely patient and easy to work with. He was always nice to talk with. We could count on him to get back to us with answers to our questions.
The construction crews—all of them that we came into contact with, were very friendly and pleasant On top of that, they were very hard workers and got the job done and done well.
Sandy was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We could always count on her to handle things efficiently and accurately. Jeri was organized and very helpful. And Bette seems like she will be very helpful and organized.
Nick was wonderful to work with! His patience, calm demeanor and upbeat attitude made every day of building the house that much more enjoyable. His and his teams’ efforts to get the house done by the end of the year were very much appreciated. One of our new neighbor’s said, “Whoever the expeditor is on your job is remarkable!” And it was true—there were practically no “down” days during the entire building process.
We greatly appreciated your insights, creative suggestions, and overall vision for creating our house. Your visits, personal attention, and expertise made a wonderful first impression on us.
Overall, those we mentioned and those not mentioned helped build a house while strengthening your reputation as a fine homebuilder. Building our home with Lemel was, we feel, one of the best decisions we’ve made. Our home is very high quality, it is beautiful, and the process itself was enjoyable. We have built three times now, and we finally feel like we are “home.”

I just wanted to take the time to thank-you for having your company build us such a beautiful home. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. There are a few things that need to be done yet but overall it went very well.
I’d like to compliment Lorry for doing what we said at our first meeting which was accommodating this house to our needs as well as keeping the price down. I know he did some magic to do what he did for us.
Sandy was a wealth of knowledge & always kept us informed of changes. I’d also like to say that Susan is always pleasant & helpful.
Thanks to Anna for all her hard work as well.
When everything is complete we’d be honored to have all of the Lemel Family for an Open House. We are also very willing to open the house to any potential customers in the future. Just let Jim know so he can get the house cleaned up.

Dear Joe,
Just a note to inform you how pleased Jim and I are with the building process of our “dream home” so far!
It has only been about 2 weeks and it is so EXCITING watching it go up right before our eyes! (They just put up the walls)
All the people representing LEMEL HOMES (Ray, Sarah, Ken and the crew at the Site…etc. and YOU) have treated us extremely well. Our questions have been answered promptly and any changes we have decided to make have been handled with an attitude that “aims to please”.
We have other friends who are building with some of your competitors and they seem to be having some major frustrations with their building process!
Our “building process” has only just begun and we wanted to tell you that all is running smoothly and we are definitely enjoying the process!
