Lemel Homes, Inc. has always been a pioneer and innovator in our building market. We are deeply concerned about the health of our customers and the efficiency of our homes in today's ever changing environmental climate. We, as a company, have developed an approach that allows us the opportunity to have that "focus on green", and to promote a healthy atmosphere in our homes for families to enjoy well into the future.
Our homes are built with:
- Mold resistance drywall in all bathrooms
- Air exchangers
- Humidity controls
- Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors
Many of our products are chemical free, as we strive to use "green" products that are both renewable, and sustainable in our markets. We are also constantly monitoring any new information that becomes available to promote these changing conditions in our "green" approach to building.
